Tri-lope herd at sunset

I wanted to explore the idea of an alien antelope that evolved to travel in a three-legged gait. The backs foot is thick and strong with two large hoofed toes to make long leaps across the canyon surface. It is also heavily armoured with a sharp heel for protection against predators.
